Since the company OpenAI made ChatGPT freely available in November 2022, AI, its potentials, and impacts have been omnipresent. Nearly two years later, numerous AI tools and applications have been added, transforming activities and processes in all areas of life today.
The application process is also changing due to artificial intelligence. But how can I use this to my advantage during the application phase? How can AI help me with applications for internships, theses, or my first job, and increase the likelihood of getting an interview invitation? More and more companies are using AI and algorithms in the application process. However, this doesn't have to be a disadvantage for applicants if considered during the application process. In this interactive lecture, we will focus on the potentials of AI for the application process.
