Talent Development
The Talent Development sub-project aims to improve the visibility and attractiveness of Hof University as an employer for young academics, both nationally and internationally. Structured career programmes will be implemented to identify and develop talent within the university community and business enterprises. These efforts will increase the quality and quantity of applicants.
Welcome Service
Our ‘Welcome Service’ ensures that you as new academic and teaching staff quickly feel fully integrated. We want you to feel at home at Hof University of Applied Sciences and in the region in the long term. To this end, we offer you a customised onboarding structure and support you in making valuable contacts. Together we will create the ideal conditions for a comfortable start and a successful career with us.
Competence Center
In the spirit of lifelong learning, the aim of the third sub-project, the "Competence Centre", is to maintain and improve the academic and professional competences of the teaching staff. To achieve this, analysis methods will be developed and relevant training opportunities will be implemented and delivered.
