Talent Development
The Talent Development sub-project aims to improve the visibility and attractiveness of Hof University as an employer for young academics, both nationally and internationally. Structured career programmes will be implemented to identify and develop talent within the university community and business enterprises. These efforts will increase the quality and quantity of applicants.
Welcome Service
The Welcome Service addresses the issue of how to optimise the professional and social integration of new academic and teaching staff. The aim is to keep them at the university and in the region for as long as possible. In addition to setting up a university-specific onboarding structure, networking with the various organisations involved in regional marketing plays an important role.
Competence Center
In the spirit of lifelong learning, the aim of the third sub-project, the "Competence Centre", is to maintain and improve the academic and professional competences of the teaching staff. To achieve this, analysis methods will be developed and relevant training opportunities will be implemented and delivered.
