Application procedure
We have prepared an overview of the application steps:
Step 1 - Nomination by home institution
Every exchange student has to be officially nominated by the International Office of his/her home institution via our online portal. Normally, your home university administers a nomination (selection) procedure before sending any applications to Hof University of Applied Sciences.
Step 2 - application by the student
After being nominated by your home university, you will receive the application instructions from us by email. You will need to complete our online application as follows:
- create your own log-in
- fill in all requested data
- upload all requested documents:
- Current academic transcript of records in English language
- Passport photo
- Passport copy
