Since 2017, the Hof EUROPA-FORUM has been an annual panel in which experts from science, business and politics discuss the EU's relations with its neighbours and their countries. The format is open to all interested parties.

Networks
The Europe-wide ERNACT network promotes the transfer and exchange of knowledge in all of its partner regions through cooperative projects, particularly in the key areas of digitalisation and digital transformation, the circular economy and energy. Hof University of Applied Sciences is a member since February 2023. The regional business association Wirtschaftsregion Hochfranken e.V. acts as a regional partner in this endeavour.
The Euregio EGRENSIS advises all interested parties on German-Czech co-operation.
