Would you like to know how job interviews in Germany are structured, which questions are typically asked, and how you can prepare effectively? Do you want to present your strengths with confidence and make a convincing impression? Are you unsure how to define a realistic salary expectation and successfully negotiate your salary?
Then this workshop is for you.
This workshop covers the following topics:
- Structure of online and on-site job interviews in Germany
- Common interview questions and effective answering strategies
- How to handle difficult or critical interview questions
- Tips for professional appearance, communication, and mindset during interviews
- How to define a realistic salary expectation and negotiate with confidence
Trainer: Julia Barden, psychologist with professional experience in the HR departments of companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Commerzbank and BASF Group.
No registration is required. The Career Service will send the Zoom link for the event by email.
An insight into research, breeding and production of renewable raw materials for the textile and composite material industry will be shared. Plant material, such as fibre linen, fiber nettle, fiber hemp, tansy and dandelion root (for rubber) offer access to regional raw materials, which is important when looking into sustainability aspects like environmental impact and biodiversity.
