Human resource development is a crucial component for the success and innovative capacity of Hof University of Applied Sciences. To achieve the objectives of Hof University of Applied Sciences and maintain its status as an excellent educational institution, it is essential to continuously and purposefully enhance the skills and qualifications of all staff.
The project therefore aims to develop a concept for continuing education and a set of tools for identifying and planning continuing education needs. Based on the identified needs, the project team will research suitable offers and coordinate them with interested parties.
Solutions will also be sought to create favourable conditions for the development of personal and professional skills. For this reason, a concept and a set of instruments for dealing with placement and research semesters will also be developed, which should create room for innovation in teaching.
