As part of the FIT-Project’s Ideation Week and the “Risk Management” course in the master’s program “Sustainable Water Management and Engineering,” international master’s students are collaborating with partner companies to develop practical solutions for the use of generative AI in engineering and planning-related work processes.
Using real-world tasks provided by companies, the students analyze the potential of AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others, and develop innovative concepts to address specific operational challenges. Through close collaboration with corporate partners, students gain insights into real industry challenges, while companies benefit from new perspectives and innovative solution approaches.
During the conference, international students from SWM will present their findings, while corporate partners will share their experiences from the collaboration. The event offers a platform for discussion on AI innovations, the promotion of young talent, and future opportunities for cooperation.
