"My decision to pursue Master's in Software Engineering for Industrial Applications at Hochschule Hof was motivated by the program's focus on practical implementation of software engineering concepts. Along with the course, the FIT project, career talks, job fair visits within the state of Bavaria and company visits organized by the Career Service helped me understand the expectations of German employers and gave me the opportunity to connect directly with potential internship and job providers. For me, this close link between the well structured academic content, practical experience and career‑oriented support is what makes Hochschule Hof an excellent choice for international students who genuinely want to build a long‑term career in Germany.
Beyond the curriculum, I appreciated how much the university invests in helping international students feel at home which includes support from the Housing Office which is catered specifically for international students to help them secure their first accommodation, a myriad of welcome events in the orientation program, cultural evenings and language courses that make daily life and integration to the German culture much easier."
