Business Law LL.B.

The Business Law program provides students with the professional and interdisciplinary qualification for responsible legal work in large and medium-sized companies as well as in associations and organizations. The course promotes the early recognition and prevention of harmful legal consequences and thus, in particular, preventive and results-oriented legal advice. By studying modules on European and international law, especially during an optional semester abroad, as well as a possible internship semester abroad, the degree program also prepares students for a professional career at companies and organizations with international presence.

You will benefit from a combination of content from law and economics:

• Learn methods and ways of thinking of both disciplines - law and economics.
• Acquire competent interdisciplinary communication skills to discuss sucessfully with both the manager and the lawyer.
• Select from individual options in versatile areas of specialization, such as "sustainability, energy and environmental law" and "law, compliance, digitalization".
• In-house knowledge contributes to finding individual solutions, especially in contract, labor, commercial and corporate law.
