Since September 2013, I am a Marketing Professor at Hof University-passionate by decision making science, strategic marketing, marketing research and innovative teaching methods. Being the academic advisor and program head of Master Project Management,I support our students at Hof University to reach project management excellence by improving their skills in leadership and management knowledge.
Since 2009, I am a research fellow at the University of Kassel specialized in Business-to-Business marketing and technical sales. My field of interest relates to changes and requirements of relationship marketing management with reference to the Internet of Things (Industry 4.0). I am specialized in customer satisfaction research, services marketing, B-to-B brand management, brand loyalty programs and their effect on customer commitment, B-to-B competitive research and customer driven sales strategies. My working experience includes international quantitative and qualitative marketing research, online research and focus group interviews, strategic marketing (workshops, strategy development and implementation of measures) as well as competitive research projects.
Since 2016,I work as an expert for the European Commission in Brussels.
