The student affairs office administers all data regarding your studies at Hof University, e.g. your personal data, grades, and course choices. Furthermore, all applications and requests regarding grades must be submitted to this office. It is also responsible for providing information regarding examinations and for issuing all bachelor’s degree and master’s degree certificates. Please use your hof-university.de email address.
The opening hours in the student affairs office are
Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm
Friday from 9 am to 12 noon
Please bear in mind that you can do almost any kind of registration online on our portal. For instance, you can print your semester enrollment confirmation, check your grades, register for examinations, check examination timetables, and re-register.
