The MBA program in International HR Management educates future managers in the field of
human resources with a special focus on international companies and organizations.
This MBA program is practical-oriented and focused on intensive training based on case studies.
In addition it also includes a mandatory two-semester internship. All lecturers hold a PhD and
have more than 5 years of professional experience, which ensures a high level of teaching quality.
This MBA program enables students to work and study in international teams, which fosters the
development of international competencies that will be extremely important for future tasks in
The language of instruction is German. However, some elective courses are offered in English, for
which students are required to have the appropriate English language level.

This Master's program will enhance your personal and professional qualification for demanding tasks in human resource management. Graduates of the program will be able to become human resources manager in an foreign branch of a german company or a german branch of a foreign company.
The Master's program "Internationales Personalmanagement” is designed for international oriented graduates of German studies as well as Economics and Social Sciences who ideally have professional experience, preferably in the field of human resource management.
The Master’s program contains 12 modules, 5 ECTS per module (4 basic modules + 6 core modules + 2 elective modules):
The 3rd and 4th semesters are dedicated for an internship (30 ECTS) in a company. During that period of study the Master's thesis (30 ECTS) has to be written as well.
